About Us

Brainstorm Center for Learning and Development is a premiere local provider of short courses on English (Speaking & Writing), Tutorials and Reviews as well as Music and Arts Lessons.

Brainstorm is a preferred choice for many because we have an excellent English curriculum, a strong discipline in research and innovation, an excellent faculty to support all students' needs and foremost, is our willingness to start a module even with only one student.

Our Main Office is located in San Fernando City, La Union, Philippines.

History

Our company started as Brainstorm Speech and Talent Center in March 2001, offering short courses on Fluency in English Conversation, "American Accent Program", "Pronunciation and Articulation", "Listening and Reading Comprehension". Other courses that we offered that time included: "Academic Tutorial"; Music (voice, guitar, keyboard and drums); "Personality Development" and "Basic Computer".

In June 2002, some nurses enrolled in Fluency in English Conversation in preparation for the TSE (Test in Spoken English) test. With their inspiration and insistence, we started offering Unlimited Review Sessions in TSE and TOEFL Reviews in July 2002, with a guarantee of a Second Review Fee Free if they don't make it the first time. In August 2002 TSE test, we had our first passer and in the succeeding months of 2002, many nurses from nearby provinces of Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur and Pangasinan came to review TSE, and in December 2002, we had our first 100% passing rate.

In November 2003, we started offering IELTS Review, and in the test of December 13, 2003, we had the first of eleven twelve 100% passing rate in the IELTS test.

In January of 2004, our company was incorporated and became "Brainstorm Center for Learning and Development, Inc." because we have expanded to offer more courses.
