Our Computer Tutorial is constantly changing because of technology. Nevertheless, we will always try our best to cater to your specific needs whenever possible.

In general, we will start with an initial assessment in order for us to determine your current level of competency. We suggest that you tell your teacher your specific needs so that he can tailor the lesson for you. For instance, tell your teacher that you need to layout your school paper in MS Word. Your teacher may suggest a different software if you have, or he will teach you the workaround in MS Word.
For Computer Hardware Troubleshooting, we will make sure that you follow our guidelines about safety. The Basic Hardware Troubleshooting lessons for both desktop and laptop computers include:
- Naming, classifying and distinguishing hardware components
- Distinguishing BIOS error codes
- Determining faulty component
- Knowing compatibility issues among components
- Upgrading and downgrading a unit
- Formatting a hard drive
- Installing the Operating System
For Advanced Troubleshooting lessons, a knack for electronics is important because we will be working with the following:
- Power Supply Unit
- Proper discharging and replacement of faulty or leaky electrolytic capacitors
- CRT and LCD Monitor assessment and repair
- Fixing shorted components
Software-specific Tutorials are offered on a one-on-one basis or with a maximum of three students per class. Enrollment is anytime and schedule will be arranged by the student/s and teacher. For the Computer Repair Tutorial, a minimum of 5 students will be required to start.
