Eugene Nones Tops October IELTS Test at Brainstorm

An Electronics and Communications Engineer by profession bound for Canada, Eugene Nones is the highest scorer among 51 test-takers. He easily breezed through the test with 8.5 in both Listening and Reading; 8 in both Writing and Speaking with 8.5 Overall Bandscore.
